SEAN KONIG, AIA, NCARB

Sean joined JMT in 2016 after completing the Master’s in Architecture program at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has worked with the Higher Education Studio since its creation in 2018. He has taken on a range of roles and is often involved in projects from programming to closeout. Sean obtained his Architect’s license in 2021 has led a licensure preparation group at JMT since then. He has extensive experience designing health professions projects and has also worked on science labs, a career and tutoring center, an interior renovation in a 200-year-old teaching facility, and the specialized film and TV production spaces at Towson University’s Smith Hall. He has also developed a program document for his alma mater, The School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at UMD.
